I've been renting from this facility for about 6 years now. I always receive great customer service and the facilities are clean and well kept. I recently ran into a billing issue with my unit that I needed help with. I came into the office and I believe it was Lyn who I worked with and she got it resolved so quickly and had such a positive attuited the whole time. The property manager Jen is also always so helpful. Though they could use some post it notes around the office I will not hold that against them. Thanks for providing a well maintained and positive staff at this location.

I rented a unit today but before finishing my online agreement, I had a bunch of questions to ask and wanted to see the unit. I've been to some rusty, dirty storage places and wanted to make sure they kept up the property. Jenn answered all my questions with patience and a smile while training a new employee Breanna. They walked my kid and I up to our unit, showed us exactly what to do at the doors and elevator and continued to be incredibly friendly and professional. They waited for me patiently while I finished the online registration and made sure I knew my unit number and access code. I'm really happy so far and had a fantastic experience. Thank you Jenn and Breanna. Y'all are amazing.

Great service and LORI was phenomenal with customer service and knowledge of rates and contractual questions. She answered all my questions and was very honest and genuine. This facility is VERY, VERY clean. They keep it nice, ALSO she went out of her way to find me a cart. I feel safe at this location due to the codes and MANY, MANY cameras on site!!!!! We spent about 12 months at this unit and it was a clean and well secured storage facility. Move in was nice and easy (and contactless) and payments are easy through the app or website. Move out usually requires 2 days notice. The person in the front desk (shout out to LUCY) was amazing and personable. She helped make the move out process easy and quick. She was very professional and helpful!

Ms. Lucy was extremely helpful and courteous during our transfer to a larger unit. She was knowledgeable and willing to assist in anyway she could. Amazing customer service, made it feel like we were family.

I met with Jenn this morning to help me with renting a second unit for our organization as there had been some confusion when trying to do it on-line. The smart doors are annoying

I am a teacher, and have been renting a temperature-controlled space to store my classroom supplies for over a year now, throughout the pandemic. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly along the way. I am now starting a little micro-school and need to expand my storage space temporarily. Kizzy returned my call immediately and answered all my questions to set me up in my new space. Thank you Kizzy and Public Storage!

This is by far the worse place to do business with. The staff is confrontational. They will never accept their part in an issue, and not address the matter, but will while smiling at you, will make up elaborate stories to justify their own dislike for one, especially when they wrong you! The district manager is hostile and angry. Along with a foul mouth. They raise their prices without warning. They won’t refund additional funds paid over or in advance. They will cut your lock and go into your unit, and go through your belongings. Along with items disappearing. 5 days grace period, they will send you threatening notices that your things are going up for auction! They leaves notes on your unit, and it’s elaborate stories once you confront them on their mishaps or you go over their head! They are inaccurate in dates, and without confirmation from you the customer, will take their employed staff word, without even further investigation or contacting you. The bathroom has been out of order for over a year, the one time it was open, there was human fecies all over the wall, sink, toilet and floor. When it was brought to staffs attention, they made no effort to clean it, they put an out of order sign up in it and it has been there ever since! With the fecies and Urine all over. The climate control is set to feel like a sauna, totally discomfort and rats running through the facility along with the outside lights that have been an issue that has not been addressed for a year either! Be extremely careful and get all in writing,

I went in after work not thinking about the time. When I arrived it was right at closing. I needed to purchase 2 units. Realizing what time it was, I said I would come back the next day to handle what I needed but Jenn was awesome. She said that’s what’s she’s there for and she gladly helped me no problem. I’ve had a few units at this facility at different times and I keep going back when I need one. It’s always clean, I’m in and out no problem and everything I need taken care of. Jenn even remembered me by name when I came in two days later. Highly recommend this place! 👍🏼

These are the nicest people in storage today. The guy up the street at the other public storage sent me to this one, because it would save me 25.00 a month. He went out of his way to help me. The folks here are equally nice. Very professional.

We live in a world full of terrible customer service and surrounded by people who care more about themselves than the people around them. It was an EXTREME breath of fresh air to find that there are still people willing to help people out. Long Story short, I was having a billing issue and my bank was running me in circles. Tina at Public Storage Louis Henna, stayed well passed closing time to help me get it resolved with my bank and get my account current. I know she had other plans (i could hear her on the phone in the background cancelling them), but she still chose to stay and help me. Most many people who would have turned me away especially since the problem was my problem (Public Storage had done nothing wrong) and told me to come back another day after I worked it out. Tina, however, patiently waited with me and helped me. She was genuinely helpful, and genuinely appreciated it. This is the second review I've ever written, because i'm not usually motivated to do so. I just to say... THANK YOU, TINA and Public Storage for being patient!

I want to say I appreciate Tina and Jen for their thoughtfulness. I cleaned out my storage on Dec 31 in the evening they were closed. I went back on Jan 1st to see if they were open and return lock & key (not knowing I keep the lock & key) they were closed. When I went back on the Jan 2nd to let Tina know I no longer needed the unit she informed me the rent for Jan is still due. I was disappointed to say the least. Tina said she'll work on it and called me back to say the rent for Jan was taking care of and I didn't have to pay it. The best service ever! Thank you! Louis Henna location Round Rock.

I had previously left a negative review regarding the issue of my monthly rent increasing a significant amount. The manager at the facility said there was nothing he could do I had to pay the amount or move my stuff. I was very upset hence my bad review but since then I was contacted by the district manager and he adjusted my rent back down to where it should be and said what happened to me was an anomaly. Superb customer service!!

I had my things stored here for 1year now and They still haven't gotten the lights fixed yet.I have to use flash lights to see in my unit. I paid all this money to be in the dark. They tell me it's to expensive to fix. Well that what I say when I paid my monthly payments. Stay Away from this location

I've had my storage held here for roughly three years and when I had to make a 11 hour drive from Florida to Texas they where very helpful and very kind considering that I came in at 7am. Would definitely use them again.

Hi there, my name is Belinda. I reserved my storage unit online. I was greeted by Cindy . She was a delight! Very knowledgeable and dedicated in making sure you have the right space for your items. She took the time to show me my unit before doing my paperwork. She explained everything well and made recommendations. Her coworker Sharon was also very helpful. The unit was very spacious and clean. When shopping around they had the best rates!!! I am very pleased.

I reserved my unit online last night and went to check in today. Cindy was my font desk agent. She was very helpful, she showed me my unit, explained hours at front desk and hours I am available to access my unit. She had me do the gate code and unlock unit ( I prefer this way, I work better when I do it myself ) . No pushy sales person. we realized they unit I ordered was perfect size. It was 1.00 promo and 24.00 admin fee, I did buy the stuff to help with humidity ( eh, it was only 8 bucks ) . I did sign up for auto bill pay ( you dont have to, i saw someone come in and pay ) .. Its a month by month lease, so you arent stuck in a contract ... My ONLY complaint, and this isnt "sweet cindys" fault I didnt see the entrance , since its not marked, I had to loop around, you turn in near the QT gas station.. I never did see a sign showing storage place turn here.. ( also , "sweet cindy" does Brandy Bunch come to mind for anyone else too). Great experience it was clean, the inside and outside, i came prepared, I brought a tarp/bug spray/multiple locks/boxes/etc - none was used or needed..

Super easy rental process, decent rate - you do have to pay a $20 fee for a lock + your rental rate. I signed with a $1 first month special and paid $57 for the initial cost. That covered the unit, insurance, admin and lock fees. Although the rate ended up not being that great, LANE was super helpful and friendly got me checked in and registered quickly, made sure my code would work and everything, went over all the document thoroughly which was appreciated.

I had a used puplic storage before however I made the mistake and used a nearby storage who was charging $166 for a 5x15. I am on a fixed income and found a storage that is $28 a month for 2ft-5ft less. Eat your heart out Extraspace and you can keep your termites and mouses. I spoke to superb Publc Storge representative named Melanie who gave me what I needed.

Reserved a unit online and went to the facility to finalize my unit. Cindy was most helpful asking me what I was storing and offered to show me a couple of units. I am glad she did because I did not reserve the correct size unit. Cindy also honored the online pricing for the bigger unit. Thank you Cindy!

As an introduction and first impression when I made my first call for information, Cindy was helpful in answering my questions and promptly returning my calls. Best storage facility I’ve ever used. First, the location is convenient, on the feeder road of 45. Easy off/easy on. Then, it’s super clean. Emilio, Bill and Jake are always around providing security, and service. The price is the best in the area, too. Make a reservation online then come in for a visit. It will be the best storage facility you ever use.

Public Storage in Round Rock is very nice and clean, it is a newly built facility with very legitimate security and easy access for customer. Emilio was very helpful and showed us all the options of the storage space, he made our visit very smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

I love this storage facility and the staff. Have been using them since 2016. However the only reason I gave it a 3 star value was due to the pricing increase over the years. I started off by paying the current online offer of around 126 bucks a month for a unit. Each year they raised it and by 2018 I was paying 175 month yet the going rate on their online offer was 126 ish a month. I feel as a loyal customer I should not be paying more than new customers. I had autodraft so my rent was never late. I just wish companies took care of their loyal customers like they used to.

I just rented a storage unit here so I haven't used it quite yet. However, the sign up process was quick and simple. I was given a tour by Emilio, and that guy is all sorts of awesome. He explained everything, showed how everything worked, gave information on carts, and sprinkled it all with humorous anecdotes.

John was incredible to work with! From beginning to end he was friendly and eager to answer all of my questions. He was straightforward, and generous with his time. He helped me make the decisions that were right for me. The facilities are clean and well-kept, though there was some confusion to get to the correct driveway.

I called to request a price quote. The guy I spoke with sounded like he did not want to be at his job. When I stated a needed a storage unit ASAP he laughed at me. I told the agent I needed to speak with my husband before I made a decision. I disconnected the call and the agent called me back 3 x until I answered. He asked why I disconnected the call. I stated I needed to discuss with my husband and I would call back if we were interested and asked to please stop calling and disconnected the call. The agent called back again. I asked to not call me back and remove my number from the system. The agent then called AGAIN. This is harassment at this point. Will not be using these units.

This facility is very clean, well-lit, has wide aisles, sturdy hand carts and is well protected with two locked and coded doorways. However, it's best attribute is it's staff! Frank and Gregory are courteous, friendly and very customer focused. They've responded quickly and professionally to my questions and greeted me by name when I visited the storage office to purchase supplies. I highly recommend this specific facility!

Gregory was great to work with on the downsizing of our storage unit. We had a 10x13 unit and finally got to where we did not need that anymore. He showed us several sizes and asked the right questions to see what unit was a good fit for us. He worked with us on a time frame to relocate our belongings. It was a very easy transition, It made the move a lot easier than i was imagining. The whole complex is clean and neat. The staff are great to work with. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I recently rented a 10x20 unit and received 5 Star customer service from Greg and Kim. IMO there’s really no reason to go anywhere else when the prices and service can’t be beat! My unit at a competitors facility was $80 more a month when I was shopping online. $80! I would also like to point out this is not the first time I’ve received this kind of customer service from a public storage. 3 yrs ago when I was moving into town I rented at the PS on spectrum. During my drive I got caught in a bad storm that slowed me down and the lady stayed after work to wait on me and check me in. She didn’t have to do that and I made sure to give her a review. Great customer oriented company that cares about their customers and getting them to return and recommend, something many places seem to take for granted these days.

I chose this Public Storage for multiple reasons...1) Climate control, 2) location 3) Clean appearance. What I didn’t expect was how awesome the staff would be! Both Michael and Gregory were so helpful assisting me with the unit I wanted, explaining the additional items I might need to care for my things and answering any other concerns I had. Does this public storage have a cargo van or truck for renting?

Gregory was very polite over the phone and in person. He insured that I understood everything, when ever the phone rang he always apologized for the interruption. He showed me the unit and explained how the elevators work, and at the end he even recommended a product to out in my unit for moisture control. He had great service, and also the facility was very clean.

Clean facility, happy that Gregory decided to unlock the dollies. I was considering leaving do unable to use the dollies due to staff off or only 1 per person. That was my only issue will stay now due to better customer friendly environment.

HORRIBLE customer service! They were incredibly rude, it was as if they had never interacted with a customer before! We had already paid for our month of service, a few weeks into it they called and informed us that because they had updated their systems in between our month that we had owed them another $100, even though we had our confirmation receipt and had never been billed anything additional! They spoke over us, were incredibly condescending, and said none of our paperwork mattered because everything was new on their end. Then they told us if we didnt pay them they would cut our lock and take all of our stuff! Never again will we use Public Storage or reccomend them to anyone we know!

Jen & Lisa make it a real.pleasure to visit the property. A real benefit for using this storage facility is the carts. This makes loading & unloading very easy. The property is always clean. Jen & Lisa always have time to answer questions.

Lisa was amazing! we had to get out of a smaller size and rent a bigger one. Then we filled the big one and needed to rent a smaller one. Lisa was great in telling us to let them know to keep the sliding door open because if we jammed it, it would lock down. It was really busy and we had a huge moving truck with my daughters house in it. Being Saturday they were patient and worked through our need smoothly. Great Job!!!

There are so many hidden fees that they surprise you with when you check in! $11+/month for MANDATORY unit insurance added to your already established price. Extra $20 to buy a lock. You HAVE to buy THEIR lock even though the units work fine with any old lock. $20 processing fee. I'm sure all storage units do this but that doesn't make it acceptable. Stay away from storage units altogether if you can, but definitely stay away from this one.

A great experience! I was helped by Sarahy, Jen and Kimberly. Three excellent ladies, who know their business very well. They are also very friendly and nice. Thank you all for being Great. The service and the facilities are so nice that, I have now rented a second unit The storage units are first class. They are very clean, well lit, and an excellent video security system is in place. Of course, one of the greatest features is temperature control environment. That cool temp is great when you are moving and its hot outside. Its just a great value all around and your belongings are protected against extreme temperature. Makes me wish I would have moved here a long time ago. Have a wonderful day.

Well first of all my experience is not going to be too good. I should of know the way they were hounding when I first got the storage. I never make a review right away because people are extremely nice when they are trying to get you in there, or want your business. So I wait a couple of weeks(in this case almost month). So, here we go. This is a nice facility and everyone seemed nice and polite. I like that it seems very secure.... The person that I was dealing with (name on card ) was Kimberly. When she told me that I had to get Renter's Insurance, I told her that I already had it ( that is a requirement when living in apartments), and she told me that I still needed to get theirs (which later I found out that is not true). I told her that it didn't make since to have double renter's insurance on the same items. She said that I needed to get it before I could move my things in. So I went on ahead and purchased the lowest amount because I knew that I would be calling State Farm to double check. My insurance agent told me that I didn't need theirs and that my Renter's Insurance Declaration states that it covers STORAGE INSURANCE as well. When I called Public Storage back, the same person (Kimberly) acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that I had my Agent send me over my Declaration and that I was on my way there to show it to them, because now I have to fill out a Cancellation Form which could not be emailed to me. Kimberly told me that I would be receiving a check in the mail for the amount of the renter's insurance. Well guess what? It's been 3 weeks and NO CHECK. I called Public Storage and someone gave me a number to call with another company to see why I have not received it. I called (making a long story short with the Claims Company) and a claim was never filed. Why didn't whoever answered the phone, and checked my account JUST TELL ME THAT NO CLAIM WAS FILED? I wonder how many people have they tried to get over on like this?

Dear Public Storage, please give Kim G., Lisa and Sarahy a raise. They are at your store #29225, in Round Rock, Texas. I highly recommend this storage facility. The cleanliness of this place was amazing! The customer service at this location was far beyond 5 stars!! I'm in the middle of waiting for my house to be finished, but I had to move out of my rental property by the end of the month. This was only my second big move without my husband, who passed away while active duty Army, from suicide, undiagnosed PTSD. He and the Army had always handled that stuff, and I had just had surgery to add to all that was on my shoulders. Kim G said she understood as her husband was retired Army. We found out that our husbands were stationed at the same FOB during their deployment to Afghanistan! They didn't know each other, but still...Wow! Kim G., Lisa, and Sarahy took such good care of me, as if I were family. I actually cried while there because I hardly had to do ANYTHING! It was if my husband was channeling thru Kim G.

I went in close to closing time and Kimberly G was patient and very accommodating to my needs. I didn't really know which size I needed and Kimberly quickly assessed my needs and even had a running special for $1 for the first month (who could pass that up?). She was very professional and quickly showed me the difference of sizes, took me up to the unit and within 20 minutes or less, I was back on my way. Sarah and Kimberly were super helpful and efficient as I moved into my storage unit. The facility is basically brand new, and easy to get around in. Only a bit tough to find the entrance from the road ( turn in at the Microhotel sign). Everything else was convenient and easy. Thank you ladies for your help and assistance!

Wonderful experience thus far. Cindy and Kim are just the friendliest people alive!! I the fact that we can have use of the flatbeds, didn't have that benefit in WA. Didn't like that I was required to purchase one of their locks but the lock I had purchased from Home Depot came with the wrong set of keys so it was ok. Wonderful location!!

Good location, just like other storage places, you can use their flatbed to transport your stuff to the storage space. Security access only, they'll give you your own code, you'll need it to enter the building and the elevator. Kimberly and Kala helped me with the process of renting the unit, they are very thorough, giving you information in detail. I felt that was the right place for me after talking with them.

Great facility. I feel comfortable with my belongings here. Pros: Clean, very secure, friendly on-site staff, no drive-thru traffic. Good lighting inside. Cons: They lock the carts after 6pm. But the doors do not lock until 9pm. So how are we supposed to move things after 6pm? It is super annoying! Also, I just moved my stuff there 5 months ago, and already our rent has gone up $20. I know they mentioned it could go up, but it went up 25% from what I was paying before. Kind of sudden and kind of a big increase in rent. I think we received about a 3-4 week notice.

My second floor storage unit was broken into. The wires at the top of the unit was peeled back for access. The lock was also broken. This happened between 11/4 and 11/30. After talking to the police, multiple units in both buildings at this location were broken into along with other units at different Public Storage locations in the Austin area. Five Finger Deals anyone? I was happy with this Public Storage up until today. Their units here are built with perfect open crawl space above the units to do window shopping and get in with a small screw driver or wire snips not rocket science. The particular lock PS requires you to purchase/use with these units are easily adjustable coming out from the inside. Meaning it is more of an ornament than security device in this case. How do I know this? I unjammed my lock in 15 seconds. The burglars left my jammed lock back in the lock slot. From the outside it looked like it was untouched, so for however long, this meant anyone could have jiggled the lock out and have access to the items in my unit. Some of their cameras don't work. Place is clean. Put extra locks on your door and hope for the best. Good Luck.

Confirmed my reservation with Kim, the manager. She was great. When I arrived, she set me up with Christopher to go through the setup process. Christopher is AMAZING! He is not there all the time because he floats through different locations. For good reason. He is a GREAT asset to the company. If you go to this location, ask for Kim or Christopher. I've used a few storage companies in the past. This experience was head and shoulders above the others. Went there for the great price. Was happily surprised by the service.

Dena, Kim and John were so helpful and nice. I loved the $1 first month deal. The storage is located in a secure neighborhood. The facility is clean. The only issue I had was missing the drive way and having to spend an additional 4 minutes using the turnaround to comeback. 😒 Needless to say, I would recommend this storage to family and friends. 😊

The staff is excellent! Very polite and helpful and the property is very clean and well kept. I'm growing to like the new lock system but it was a shocker at 1st with the price of the lock. I don't know if I will use that lock for anything else so it would become useless to me after I move out of the storage. Other than that, this was a very good experience.

The people are friendly and helpful with all the details you might need. They went out of their way to help me decide what was the right size unit for me to rent without trying to sell me something I wouldn't need. Cindy even mopped the unit I rented because she didn't like how it looked when we opened it up, which was very cool.

I just graduated college and had to move all of my things out of student housing. This was my first time getting a public storage unit. Kim, Cindy, and Robin helped me through the entire process and even showed me my unit before I rented it. They were really helpful in explaining how it all worked. They even through in a free moisture absorbing bag to help prevent my clothes from having any storage smell to them. I had fun moving my things in and a better time talking with them. Highly recommend this new location.

I just got a 5x10 storage unit last week and so far everything has been great. The entire process was pretty simple. I set up a reservation online and someone called me back that same day to finish things up. Kim and Cindy helped me at this location and they were both awesome. Very friendly and made sure I had all the info I need. The bonus was the price. I looked around the entire area and PS was by far the best deal.
