My experience with Ashley Collegetown has been okay. There's some minor changes I would recommend but over all things have been good. I would suggest more security, fixing the entrance doors and prevent loitering.

Staff does not care about resident safety. Security does not patrol regularly. Maintenance takes forever to respond even in emergency situations. There are may headaches that come along with living here.

Just moved here. Finally slept in here and the shower pressure sucked and it was cold. The alarm system is beeping and the fire detector. Didn't have an air filter. Cobwebs in pantry. Closet door was malfunctioning as well.

Its okay apartments when i first move here. Now you feel like its time to move.The noise? Kids? Safety? But overall cant complain could be worst than what it is. Nice place inside unit well kept. Im have enjoy the unit so far.

I how Ashley Collegetown keeps up the property. The apartments are beautiful. The staff are courteous when calling about a problem. I have lived on the property for years. I like the convenience of shopping in the neighborhood.

My service request was handled promptly during the given time frame. We requested a refrigerator replacement and new locks. We received a brand new fridge and new locks as requested. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome and timeliness of our request.
