How to enter second chance lottery tickets in NY? ›

Register or Log In. Choose what type of ticket are your entering? Grab your eligible ticket and either manually enter the appropriate ticket numbers as indicated or click SCAN to use your device camera to scan the indicated barcode.

No barcode scanning capability

The only reason to have this app on your phone is to be able to scan the barcode on your ticket to check for winning numbers. Almost every other state's lottery app does this (except for this one).
