a few saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in 1 tsp warm water

If time is a big factor to deal with, when you feel like making a dish like this... then I Vouch on this recipe as it was not just so quick to make but also I used almost 1/4 of the ghee that I would normally use.. and well even after all this... it tasted spot on.. I made it for a dinner i hosted, and it was a hit... thank you...

wow! very rich halwa...almonds tastes very very good but a small portion of this sheera is very filling! this sheera is good for kids but very fattening for us...
