Can you review if this payment looks correct. Here is my quote from a dealer in the 60503 zip code. 2025 Honda Pilot TrailSport (silver).
MSRP: $50,975
Sale Price: $47,999
Lease Payment $728-$738
Term: 36 months
Miles: 12k
Estimated Down Payment: $1,100
Taxes: $1,700 estimate
Residual: $33,644
Doc fee: $358
ERT Fee: $35
Lease Acquisition Fee: $595
MF: .00211Edmunds calculator came in at $637. And are there any incentives I can use to lower price further? I currently own a 2019 Honda Pilot and BMW X5. Would like to be below $600 if possible.

If I add tax and acquisition fee to the sale price, then I'm right around $640/mo, as well.
Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and see how that differs from $47,999 + $1700 + $595.
I'm assuming the $1100 Due at signing is 1st payment, ERT and DOC.Something is up. They've added something optional, is the most likely answer.
There is a $500 loyalty incentive.
